Thank you for visiting Solitaire Arcade (solitaire-arcade.com).
Solitaire Arcade is operated by Chalky Arcade, an Australian business (“Chalky Arcade”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our site, how we use it, and your choices. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the site.
Please also read our Terms of Use.
If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise your privacy rights, use our contact form.
For privacy-related requests (access, correction, or deletion), include “Privacy request” in the subject line. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. It can include your name, email address, online identifiers, and information about how you use our site.
The information we collect depends on how you use Solitaire Arcade.
Legacy consent banner (during cutover): If you click Accept, we and our partners may collect advertising and analytics data as described below. If you click Decline, non-essential advertising and analytics technologies should not load.
Google Privacy & messaging (EEA, UK, and Switzerland): When active, Google presents advertising consent choices through our ad tag. We read Google's consent signals for application analytics where enabled, but we do not override Google's advertising decisions on that path.
Application analytics banner (outside European CMP regions): Where shown, our analytics banner controls application analytics only (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). It is not an advertising opt-out — advertising may continue regardless of that choice.
When permitted, we and our partners may collect:
We use personal information to:
We do not sell your personal information for money.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process personal information on the following bases:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Providing accounts, gameplay features, and core site functionality | Performance of a contract / steps at your request |
| Security, abuse prevention, bug fixing, and basic site operation | Legitimate interests |
| Advertising and non-essential analytics | Consent |
| Compliance with legal obligations | Legal obligation |
You may withdraw consent for advertising and non-essential analytics at any time by declining cookies or clearing your consent choice (see Section 9). Withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred.
We use service providers to operate our site. They process information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy policies. These may include:
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the site.
Data may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in the United States.
For advertising technology partners, see Section 8.
When you use Solitaire Arcade and advertising is enabled, advertising technology partners may process device and usage data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, or related purposes, subject to applicable law and consent signals.
In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland: When Google Privacy & messaging is active, Google acts as the certified consent management platform (CMP) and presents advertising choices through our Google Publisher Tag. We do not override Google's advertising consent decisions on that path.
Outside those regions: Advertising may be served through Google Ad Manager. Application analytics (if any) are controlled separately and do not block advertising.
Our partner list is based on our Google Ad Manager Authorized Technology Providers (ATP) export and may change when we update our ad configuration:
Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy. For Google, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google Ads & Privacy.
Use Privacy choices in the site footer (when available) to reopen consent interfaces. In regions where Google Privacy & messaging applies, use Google's interface for advertising preferences. Where our analytics banner is shown, it controls application analytics only.
We use cookies and similar technologies on your device.
Essential uses include keeping you signed in, remembering choices needed to run the site, and operating core features.
Non-essential uses (only with applicable consent) include advertising, analytics, and error reporting.
Managing choices: Use Privacy choices in the site footer when available. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google Privacy & messaging controls advertising preferences. Where our analytics banner appears, it controls application analytics only.
You may also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies may limit advertising and analytics features but should not prevent basic play.
For ad technology providers, see Section 8.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
In general:
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Solitaire Arcade is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
To exercise these rights, contact us via our contact form with “Privacy request” in the subject.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are in a US state with privacy laws, you may have additional rights regarding access, deletion, and opt-out of certain advertising-related processing. Contact us to make a request. We will update this policy with more specific US state information if and when required as our services evolve.
If you are signed in, you can delete your account from your profile page by selecting Delete account and confirming in the warning dialog. Deletion requires two steps and is not immediate on a single click.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your account data and gameplay data we hold, including scores, progress, favourites, badges, and session history. Because sign-in is shared across the Chalky Arcade network, deletion applies to all Chalky Arcade sites tied to the same Google account — not only the site you are using.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, except for limited information we may retain where required by law (for example, anonymised server logs or records we must keep for legal compliance).
If you cannot use the profile page, you may still request deletion via our contact form with “Privacy request — account deletion” in the subject.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date (11 August 2026) will change when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Solitaire Arcade after changes means you accept the updated policy.
